Thank you for the opportunity to serve your children in a fun and safe
environment while you enjoy the amenities of our wellness club. We welcome
and encourage any new ideas to improve our facility. Please understand how
important it is for everyone to comply with our rules for safety and well-being
for your children. Any infraction of these rules could lead to the loss
of your Kids Club membership.

Members are welcome
ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 13 years.

Because the playroom
is a service added to your membership, we require that you
stay on the
premises after signing in your child.

Prior arrangements
must be made if your child will be checked out by someone
other than the
parent.

For liability reasons,
all children must be represented by a parent or legal
guardian. This
prohibits your child from bringing friends unless that
child’s parents are present.

In order to give
attention and care to every member and child, we must
enforce the 2 hour time
limit for each child.

Please provide all the
items your child may need while in the nursery.
(Diapers, wipes,
pacifier, bottle, juice, and change of clothes. Be
sure your child’s items are labeled with their
name.

Please refrain from
bringing snacks for your child. We will provide a
variety of healthy snacks at
each hour of the day. This keeps food out of the toy
area and prevents arguments amongst the
children.

We strive to keep our
playroom as safe as possible and as free from accidents as
possible.

If an accident does occur, we will
notify you immediately.

A health questionnaire,
release of liability and consent is required to be filled
out on each child.

We love your children and
want to see them, but not if they aren’t feeling well.
