New Year's Resolutions

Well, it's that time of year again where everyone is doing the same thing that they did last year. Losing weight, getting in shape, eating better....The enthusiasm of working out usually goes away by mid February. Not this year at Fitness Design. In 2009 our goal is retention and learning to love working out. Ok, so I'll settle for sort of enjoy it. We are starting "Decrease your Assets by Tax Season" It's a ten week program geared toward eating better, exercising regularly and decreasing whatever it is that's weighing you down. (weight, blood pressure, stress, etc) Of course, it is a competition. We'll track your successes on the "DOW" (Decreasing Your Weight) chart. Your "Accountant" (instructor) will keep you on the straight and narrow, informing you of any changes in the "economy" (the program). One team will get a refund on April 15th. (end of competition). The best part about it is if you finish the ten week program you would have exercised for 1/4 of the year. How awesome is that? Sign up now at the front desk. It's a $2 charge to play the market. The winners will split the money collected. It all starts January 26th.
