What are Reformers?

  • Specialized machines developed by Joseph Pilates  
  • Designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body
  • Machines use spring tension while supporting the neck & spine.
  • Challenge and support the body as you become more flexible and learn to move more efficiently

Commonly used Pilates equipment includes

  • Reformer
  • Tower
  • Wunda chair


Private Sessions

  • Work one-on-one with a certifed Pilates instructor*.
  • Receive a reformer, tower, wunda chair, and mat exercise program tailored specifically for your physical needs.


Semi-Private sessions

  • Work in groups of 2 or 3 with certified Pilates instructor*
  • Use the reformer, tower, wunda chair, and participate in mat exercises


Equipment classes

  • Work in a group of 5 conducting circuit training with certified Pilates instructor*
  • Use the reformer, tower, wunda chair, and participate in mat exercises
